The ENMAX Corporation Board of Directors announces the departure from the company of President and CEO Bob Nicolay, under the without cause provisions of Mr. Nicolay’s employment agreement.
The board also announces the appointment of Mr. Al Buchignani as Interim President and CEO. Mr. Buchignani is President and COO of ENMAX Power, the ENMAX Corporation subsidiary which operates the ENMAX distribution system.
Because this is a sensitive personnel matter, with attendant individual privacy rights, the company will make no additional comment.
