I chose the ENMAX EIT program because of the variety of rotations and the overall experience. The rotations helped me find a job that, after four years, I still find exciting and challenging!

Definitely, one of my best experiences is the career development opportunities I’ve received.

These include technical training courses, IEEE conferences, completing technical assignments, developing project management skills,
and hiring new team members.

Advice: Past EITs work everywhere in the company so don’t forget to use them as a resource.

The ENMAX EIT Program captured my attention because of the investment ENMAX was willing to put into our training and success. What sold me was the extremely positive atmosphere I encountered during the second interview.

The rotations gave me a well-rounded understanding of the whole company and allowed me a glimpse of the various roles and possibilities available to me in a permanent position.

Advice: Take every opportunity to ask questions and learn. The information and contacts you acquire during your rotations will benefit you throughout your career.
