ENMAX Corporation is wholly owned by The City of Calgary and governed by a Board of Directors. ENMAX Corporation's Board of Directors consists of 12 members; 10 members are independent and two members serve as Aldermen from the City of Calgary, ENMAX's sole shareholder.
ENMAX's Executive Leadership Team is accountable for the day-to-day management of our company and its subsidiaries. Our Board, ELT and senior management are committed to leadership in corporate governance, with a strong focus on ethical business practices, leadership strength and continuous improvement
Although ENMAX is not a reporting issuer under guidelines established by the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA), our goal is to meet or exceed guidelines set out by CSA National Policy 58-201 – Corporate Governance Guidelines, which formalize corporate best practices.
