At ENMAX, we are committed to providing environmentally responsible energy solutions to the communities we service and strive to continually improve our environmental performance.

To accomplish this, ENMAX has developed an Environmental Management System (EMS) compliant with the requirements of the Canadian Electricity Associations Environmental Commitment and Responsibility (ECR) Program and ISO 14001:2004, an international standard for environmental management.

The EMS is used to implement ENMAX’s Environmental Policy and to develop programs, initiatives, and processes to address the potential environmental impacts of our activities.
