Vice President, Human Resources

As Vice President of Human Resources, Erin Kurchina is responsible for overseeing ENMAX’s Human Resources strategy including the Company’s employee relations, recruitment, compensation and training, and development strategies.  Ms. Kurchina also oversees ENMAX facilities and safety management activities.

Ms. Kurchina was promoted to Corporate Secretary five years after joining ENMAX as Manager, Corporate Secretariat in June 2000.

Before coming to ENMAX, Ms. Kurchina worked in the Human Resources department at Ontario Hydro and, before that, spent five years with Environment Canada.

She holds a Masters in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto where she also pursued PhD studies in leadership.
