ENMAX has a board of directors which serves ENMAX Corporation and each of its subsidiaries (ENMAX Energy Corporation, ENMAX Power Corporation, ENMAX Encompass Inc., ENMAX Commercial Energy Marketing Inc., ENMAX Envision Inc., ENMAX Power Services Corporation, ENMAX Green Power Inc., ENMAX Energy Marketing Inc. and ENMAX Utilities Services Limited). ENMAX Green Power Inc. has an equity interest in the following affiliated companies: Valeo Power Corporation, Furry Creek Power Ltd., Hydromax Energy Ltd., and EnPower Green Energy Generation Inc.

Each of these ENMAX Green Power Inc. subsidiaries has its own management level Board of Directors.
